Returns Policy:
The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason, provided that the goods are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
In case of cancellation, the full amount of the order, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days. Return costs are borne by the consumer.
Custom-made products cannot be returned or canceled after order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy: Upon cancellation, we will promptly refund your purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of return. Any depreciation you are responsible for will be deducted from your refund.

By placing an order, the consumer expressly acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these terms. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
The applicability of any conditions of the consumer is expressly excluded.
