CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

1. The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason, provided that the goods are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

2. In case of cancellation, the full amount of the order, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days. Return costs are borne by the consumer.

3. Custom-made products cannot be returned or canceled after order confirmation unless
