DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISK

1. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. A delay in delivery does not entitle the consumer to compensation or termination of the agreement.

2. Delivery is made Ex Works (Incoterms 2020), unless otherwise agreed in writing. The consumer bears the risk from the moment the goods leave EWP Home’s warehouse.

3. The consumer must inspect the goods upon receipt. Complaints about visible defects must be reported in writing within 5 days of delivery.

4. Hidden defects must be reported in writing within 6 months of delivery.

5. The prices of the supplied products do not include delivery costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

These terms are effective as of February 18, 2025.
